The Jedi Council Quarter The High Council quarter was the area where many conference and meeting rooms were located. The area around the Reassignment Tower was dedicated to the Public entrance, while the Reconciliation quarter had many gardens and garages. The Jedi Library A Jedi library was a database containing information relating to the Jedi Order and its history. Jedi libraries were administered by Jedi librarians (such as Atris, and Jocasta Nu) and accessible only to members of the Jedi Order. Some were even restricted to members of having certain ranks, such as Dorak's library in the Jedi Enclave on Dantooine, which was reserved for Jedi Masters only Perhaps the greatest Jedi library in the history of the Order was Odan-Urr's Great Jedi Library on Ossus, which was founded around 5,000 BBY and destroyed around 4,000 BBY, and the Jedi Archives in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, administered by Jocasta Nu around the time of the Clone Wars. The Jedi Hangar The Jedi Temple of Coruscant had several hangars throughout its structure to assist in the movements of its Jedi Knights There was one hangar in each of the four Council towers. Each was a fully stocked hangar bay for the maintenance and launching of the order's spacecraft. The compact space afforded by the Temple was designed for maximum efficiency, with Jedi starfighters and interceptors lining the inner circumference of the High Council Tower's hangar. To launch the fighters, a retractable landing pad slid into position from a hatch allowing it enough space to land and take off. The Jedi Temple

The Jedi Temple was the headquarters of the Jedi Order from the conclusion of the Great Sith War to the Great Jedi Purge and during that time was home to its major training, bureaucratic and dormitory facilities. It would be largely destroyed just before the Declaration of a New Order.
